Coco Beach is comprised of 25 condos, five casitas, five three-story villas, and two saline pools flowing through the property. The resort is located just a few miles north of San Pedro Town, nestled along a pristine white sand beach overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Western Caribbean.

Each of our condos and villas offer at least two bedrooms. Each bedroom features a king sized bed adorned with 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Our kitchens offer a spacious layout and are equipped with high quality appliances. Each condo and villa offers a separate dining area that can accommodate parties of six. The living rooms are outfitted with a nine piece set of rattan furniture and 42" flat screen televisions. In addition, each couch offers the versatility to pull out to a full-sized bed.

The casitas offers spacious bungalow layouts that use different levels to define different interior spaces, and feature many of the same amenities found in our condos and villas.

The grounds of Coco Beach will feature two separate saline pools flowing throughout the property. The pools' curvilinear design will complement the sandy beaches and luscious coconut palm trees on the grounds. The pools will also feature a multi-level pool bar lavishly created underneath one of condominium buildings which is raised off the ground an entire story.
